(4)は再帰代名詞を調べると、出てくるポイントです。しかし、手持ちの参考書を見ても、seat(座らせる)の例は出てきませんでした。

最も近いのは、dress onself(服を着る)です。dressはそもそも「飾る・服を着せる」の意味で、wear(着る)とは対照的です。再帰代名詞oneselfを目的語にして始めて「着る」の意味になります。

seatも同様に、seat onselfにして始めてsit(座る)と同じ意味になるんですね。

(5)は具体的にwithのその使い方を知らないとできないです。
